Generally, merchandise prices in our store, catalog, and website will be the same. Occasionally, due to sales, clearance events, or market conditions, prices may vary. Merchandise prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities. Descriptive, typographic, or photographic errors are subject to corrections. Some items are subject to seasonal availability. Due to various State and local laws and internal policies, not all items advertised for sale are available. Items advertised on the website may not be available at our retail store.

I understand that Wildcat Archery & Hunting Supply, Inc. does not authorize that I may legally purchase, possess, carry or utilize Bows, Crossbows, Knives, Slingshots, Black Powder products, or any other items which I may order. In accordance with my State or local laws, I have determined the legality of the items I am purchasing and certify that I am an adult and under no other legal prohibition.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
If the item was purchased online or through our catalog, you may return it to us within 30 days of purchase. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Only unopened and unused items may be returned for a full refund. No refunds or exchanges on sale, clearance, special or personalized orders, batteries, swimwear, lingerie or undergarments, cut materials, items not in their original packaging or that are missing parts or manuals. No returns on Compound, Recurve or Crossbows. Items not covered by the manufacturer's warranty may be returned with proof of purchase on an inspection basis only. Merchandise shipped in error by our shipping department may be returned for credit provided that the error is reported as soon as merchandise is received. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded unless an error occurred on our part in the shipment of your order. Please include your order number, name, address and daytime phone number. Also include a brief letter explaining why you are returning the item and whether you would like a refund or an exchange for another item. Defective or warranty merchandise is repaired or replaced by the manufacturer. Merchandise must be returned directly to the respective manufacturer. We will supply you with the address, phone number and any assistance you may need. This allows the quickest turn-around for product replacement and direct problem determination and correction by the manufacturer. |
